We were happy when we got the news that Sarah had made the Campus High School volleyball team for the third year in a row. She played hard, and well, all season for her team. Every year (every sport she plays), she plays with determination, hustle, and heart. She is a hard worker...a competitor, she listens well, and tries her best to give 100% at practices and during games. During one game this season, against Derby, she played exceptional! She was on with her setting, serving, and specifically going after bad hits/shanked balls. Toward the end of the second set, to win a game changing point for her team, she ran full speed after a shanked ball, straight into the metal folding chairs of her team's bench - She took out three chairs, crashed to the floor, made the save and her teammate Ava got the ball over the net for the point that made all the difference in the winning of that set! It was such an exciting moment, and a classic example of the drive that Sarah has to win, and help her team excel any way that she is physically able. She makes us happy! We love watching her play and do things that she loves and enjoys doing. She is a GREAT teammate, daughter, sister, granddaughter, cousin, and friend. (ANOTHER full Mommy heart moment...)
GREAT SEASON SARAH!
The JV team started out strong. They continued to play pretty well throughout their season. Below, are a LOT of pictures from throughout the entire season, in no particular order.
Popee was able to come to both of Sarah and Phoebe's first home volleyball games of the season. He is one of our kids' biggest fans. We all are always happy to have him in the stands with us.

Sarah and Ava were the captains of the JV team this year. They were Coached by Coach Brown. Coach Brown has been Sarah's Coach for the last three years. Sarah admires her and looks up to her as a Coach and a friend. Thank you for being such a great Coach, mentor, and friend Coach Brown!
At one home game, Phoebe, Silas and some of Phoebe's friends and teammates had a lot of fun cheering on Sarah's team.
Lindsee, Popee, and Uncle Dale came to a few games to help our family cheer for Sarah and her team.
