Graduation Weekend 2025

We had a taco bar and games with family at our house on Saturday, May 17th, 2025. We decided to start celebrating a little early. A couple older family members tried the Pogo Stick. We played yard games, badminton, and volleyball.
Guests at our house that evening were, Dale and Jan, Charles and Wyonna, Grandma Sharon, Uncle Bret, Jordan, Trisha, Ashlyn, Popee and Wanda, Lindsee, EP, Will, Owen, and Uncle Ernie.
Sarah's graduation ceremony was at Koch Arena on Sunday, May 18th, 2025 at 1:00 pm. It lasted a little less than two hours.

After the graduation ceremony we all waited outside the arena for all the graduates to come outside and find their families for picture taking. After taking several pictures, we headed to set up for Sarah's graduation party.
Sarah's Graduation Party was right after the graduation ceremony on Sunday, May 18th, 2025. - It was a come and go celebration from 5:00 - 7:00 pm. We served cake, cookies, fruit, veggies, crackers, and hummus. Sarah had a lot of close friends and family come to congratulate her and wish her well on her next adventure at Kansas State University. Thank you to ALL of YOU (family, friends, teachers, and coaches) who came out, despite the possibility of bad weather, to make our daughter, Sarah, feel important and so loved. I tried to get a picture of Sarah with everyone who came to her party, but I know that I missed a few.

Popee painted an oar for her to display in her room.... Ready for some new rowing stories and adventures in college!!!!

After her party, we came home, and she opened her cards and gifts. Again, THANK YOU to each of you who showered her with your presence and gifts!
A few days later we ran into one of her favorite middle school teachers, Ms. Moore, at Silas's baseball game. I, of course, insisted on a picture of Sarah and this lovely lady who helped shape Sarah during her middle school years.
