We have a LOT of PICTURES from Sarah's first Prom experience this year. Prom was on Saturday, April 13th, 2024, from 8:00 pm - 11:00 pm. It was held in the Campus High School cafeteria. The theme this year was "Alice In Wonderland". Sarah's boyfriend, Justin, took her out to a late lunch at Olive Garden. Then after lunch he dropped her off back at home so that they could both get ready for the dance later.
Our friend, Tristan, came over to our house and helped fix Sarah's hair. Sarah had picked out a few styles that she liked, and Tristan was able to recreate one of the styles for her.
Next, Phoebe and I helped her finish getting ready... dress, shoes, makeup, and jewelry. She looked BEAUTIFUL!
When Justin arrived, they exchanged flowers and we took many pictures, inside and outside.
Justin's sister, Aleigha, and Sarah have been friends since they were eight. They played softball together for many seasons. Their mom is one of my friends. Aleigha came over too and we got some pictures of all of them and some family pictures.
Popee was here too. He loved seeing Sarah dressed up and headed to Prom.

Sarah was selected by teachers at the high school as one of four Prom Princess candidates. The junior class then votes a few days before Prom to pick the winners. Candidates were announced and walked out around 9:30 (mid-Prom). Parents and family members could come and watch the coronation ceremony. Sarah walked out with her friend, Prom Prince candidate, Camden.

After the Prom, Sarah and Justin, and Jax, came back to our house for ice cream sundaes and to play games.
