He loved this Mickey Mouse birthday card that he got in the mail from Aunt Judy and Uncle Ernie.
Opening his gifts... a fun Little People truck from Uncle Bret, Aunt Andrea, Ayden and Kallin, and some clothes from Grandma Sharon.

Time for some birthday cupcakes.... We sang, while Silas tried to grab the candle. Then the girls helped him blow it out.
He was hesitant at first about touching and eating his cake, but with a little help and coaxing from his big sisters he figured out it was okay to dig in to the yummy cupcake, and get a little messy.
He finally kept putting both hands in and squeezing onto the cake and icing then he would try to eat it off of his hands a little before digging in again.
