Christmas Morning 2016

Twas the night before Christmas and all through the house....
The stockings were hung by the chimney with care in hopes that St. Nicolas soon would be there...
Christmas morning Eric and I woke up to little voices coming from the girls bedroom.  After a little bit the girls woke their brother up and all three came into our room to wake us up.  We made them wait in the hallway while we got the camera ready for them to run out and see the stockings.  The excitement was contagious!
Sarah found some caramel candies, mints, and Legos in her stocking.
Silas found some chocolate Kisses, a Color Changer Car, two little Lego sets, and the Rock'em Sock'em Robots game in his stocking.
Phoebe found mints, chocolate Kisses, a little Lego set and Lego characters, and the Sophia The First family characters set in her stocking.
Eric found a Prince cd (that he had been wanting for years), some hot tea, the movie Goonies, and chocolate kisses in his stocking.
And, I found lotion, chocolate kisses, kitchen hand towels, and Dr. Quinn the first season on dvd in my stocking.
Sarah passed out our presents to each other.
Phoebe opened a Barbie refrigerator from Sarah.
Silas opened a race track and some cars from Sarah.
Phoebe was excited to get the Barbie Puppy Chase Mobile.  Silas's expressions as he opened and caught a first glimpse of his presents were cute every time.  Looks of surprise, happiness, disbelief, and joy.
Phoebe gave Sarah two Lego sets, and she gave Silas a teddy bear.
All three kids got a Lincoln Logs set from us.
Silas gave both of his sisters a Disney Princess horse.
The kids and Eric gave me some Pioneer Woman cookware and placemats, perfume, and a hoodie.
Silas gave Daddy a work shirt/flannel, and a Duck Dynasty season on dvd.
Sarah gave Daddy a tshirt and socks.
Phoebe gave Daddy socks and another season of Duck Dynasty on dvd.
Silas really enjoyed his camera that he opened the night before from Grandma Sharon.  He took picture after picture, (just like me) of people opening their presents and picture after picture of his presents as he opened them.
Silas got one BIG present from Eric and I....
He had no clue what I had covered with blankets and sheets....
A NEW BIKE!!!!!
The sisters helped him get on and try it in the house.
After church, later in the day, we enjoyed time together, playing with new toys and Christmas gifts.
.......Merry Christmas to all, and to all a good night!
