Phoebe had a fantastic basketball opportunity this summer. She was asked to play on a MAYB tournament team. Great coaches, great girls to play ball with, and a great learning experience! The girls played so well together! They practiced hard and learned lots of plays. We saw Phoebe make many improvements, learn all of the plays, practice what she learned at home on her own and with us, play smart, and help her team be the best they could be.
MAYB Summer Kickoff Weekend - Tournament #1 - June 10-12
Popee and Nanee were able to make it each weekend to watch the excitement with us. We got to watch the team play at least five games every weekend.
The girls enjoyed a team lunch together in between games.
We ended this tournament with 3 wins and 3 losses, and a fifth place finish overall.
