My 3rd-4th grade boys team from last year was a good team. We were mostly 4th graders and it was the first year of basketball for a few of them. Going into this year, I knew we would be really good.
We were given pink jerseys, so we named ourselves the Pink Panthers. We went by Panthers. I lost a few from last year and gained a few new kids: Tyson, Corbin, and Andrew. I also lost a few coaches and gained a new one: Sarah.

Game one - December 3rd
We play four (8) minute quarters. I have ten players so I split them into two teams and each team plays four minutes per quarter.
We play on 8.5' goals.
We won 34-4.
Game two - December 10th
Stacee was not able to go to this game because Phoebe had an end-of-season basketball tournament at the same time, so no pictures of this game.
We played a Haysville team that had a handful of kids from the football team. This was our most competitive game where we won 28-8.
Game three - December 17th
We played in Clearwater. This was a brutal game for Clearwater. We won 52-4.
We posed after the game in Clearwater for a group photo. Silas and his family fan club.
Game four - January 7th
We played another Haysville team. The team had a few guys from the football team and some baseball players.
Silas did a good job of passing the ball.
We won 40-0. Everyone on the team but one scored. To keep the team in the proper perspective (not to get inflated egos), I have had our team scrimmage a 5th grade MAYB team a few times. We are not nearly as good as this MAYB team, but we can compete with them.
Silas had another great family cheering section for this game.
Game five - January 14th
We played in Clearwater again against their other team.
This team was more competitive but it was still a blow away.
We won 38-2
Game six - January 21st
Silas understands the game and knows where to go when he doesn't have the ball on offense. The only fault this game was he dribbled too much.
We won this game 32-0. It was a great year going undefeated and only giving up about 3 points a game. We are going to find a more competitive league next year.
