Sharon came to visit us about a week ago. She got to watch Eric and I play two co-ed softball games one evening. (She even got to keep the score book for the team!) Sarah went along to watch the games and sit with Grandma. She enjoyed sunflower seeds and a snow-cone from the concession stand. Thanks Grandma!
During the week, she got to watch all three kids in their swimming lessons, and got to watch one of Sarah's softball games. She even got to see Sarah hit her first home-run of the season! We also went shopping at several stores. Grandma bought each grand-kid some things... a fun toy, some clothes, and treats!
Phoebe: "Grandma bought me Chelsea's Clubhouse. I glad I got it. I love it. She got me two toys and two shirts. Thank you Grandma."
Sarah: "She bought me Barbie Pet Boutique and a little girl Barbie. I really like to play with my new Barbies. And I got two shirts. I also liked the sunflower seed packs and snow-cone she got me at the game. Thanks for going to a lot of different stores to find the Pet Boutique!"
We all had a nice time with Grandma. It is especially good for Sarah, Phoebe, and Silas to get to see and spend time with her, and get to know her better. We were all very thankful for the time she spent with us.
