Fruit Pizza With Grandma

**GUEST BLOGGER**
 ~ Sarah Hendrickson ~

When we visit each other we always cook something together.  This time I picked Fruit Pizza.
First I was blending.  Then Grandma was teaching me a lesson of folding.
I was doing the cleaning and the tasting.  I was cleaning by eating the Kiwi that Grandma chopped up that was still on the fuzzy part and I ate the left over strawberries.  I ate some of the pineapples too.  Oh, and I ate some of the blueberries.
We made designs with the fruit.
On this pizza I spelled "Love" with blueberries.
This one we made a flag.  Grandma put on some of the strawberries.
I like cooking with Grandma.  We all ate the Fruit Pizza later for dessert.  It was good!
FRUIT PIZZA
Sugar cookie dough rolled out and baked.  Cool completely.
Topping:
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/2 Cup sugar and 1/2 Cup-1 Cup powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 container Cool Whip, thawed
Assorted fresh fruit, chopped

For topping, blend cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla.  Fold in Cool Whip.  Spread cream cheese mixture over crust.  Arrange fruit over cream cheese mixture.  Store in refrigerator.
