My sister, Lindsee, planned and hosted a lovely Wedding Shower for Sarah and Owen on April 26th. She worked hard and everything turned out so good! Lindsee prepared an ice cream sundae bar, along with fresh fruit and brownies for all of the guests to enjoy. Everyone visited with one another and ate dessert together. Then we all introduced ourselves and told how we each knew Sarah or Owen. Next we played a couple fun games and watched Sarah and Owen open their gifts. Thank you to everyone who came to the shower to celebrate Sarah and Owen. It really means a lot when you can have the people that love you the most, and that you love the most, all together in one place to love and support you. I know that Sarah and Owen are thankful for each one of you coming, celebrating with them, and loving them.
**Something special to note...all of the Jadeite dishes that Lindsee chose to use to serve the desserts belonged to our Aunt Judy. It was especially meaningful to be able to use them at Sarah's shower. It made it seem like Judy could be there with us and help on this special day. She would have loved that her beautiful dishes were being used for this special occasion.
