September Papers

I don't know what to do with all of Sarah's papers that she brings home from school.  She is proud of each one and loves to show them to us.  But, we can't literally keep them all, so I am going to try and take a picture of each one and that way we can remember them without having to "keep" them all.

Here are her September papers...
These two papers are hanging in the hallway at school.  I helped her complete the "All About Me" poster before school started.  She thought it was funny how she drew and colored Daddy's hair.  She enjoyed coloring and drawing on this poster.  She kept calling it her homework.  After about the third day of school, and no more"homework" had been sent home, she told me she was going to tell her teachers that she wanted homework every night.
She colored the penguin on her first day of school.
She painted this egg crate brown and glued the yellow paper inside.
She talked about this peanut worksheet alot.  She had to count out the peanuts and glue them on.  Her school uses a program called Zoo Phonics to help them learn the letters, sounds, and identify the letters.  Above is the lowercase letter a.  allie the alligator, a colored hand puppet.
The lowercase b.  b is for bubba bear.  Above is her purple bubba bear hand puppet.
And, they started to learn to write numbers.

Sarah says some of her favorite things at school are playing outside, playing with her friends and doing projects.  She has been a snack helper twice and a calendar helper once in her classroom.  Some of the snacks that Sarah likes to eat at snack time are Goldfish, animal cookies, and yogurt.  They get to have juice and sometimes water with their snacks.
