Game #11 - Tuesday, June 19th, 6pm - Against Oxford
Sarah's team was coached by the assistant coach tonight because the head coach was out of town. The assistant mixed it up a bit and the girls seemed to like it and played well. Sarah played 3rd base and loved it.
Sarah got walked at all three of her at bats.
Then she stole her way around the bases.
Stacee was able to get some good pictures tonight of Sarah in action around the bases.
Sarah slid into home.
And, again on a steal, sliding into home.
Game #12 - Thursday, June 21st, 6pm - Against Derby team 1
The last game of the year. A win tonight and there would be no losing record for the year.
Another game that I had to keep track of via text message. I don't like missing Sarah's games, especially the ones she pitches.
Sarah walked each at bat and stole her way around to score each time.
Sarah didn't pitch great but she did strike out 3 batters and kept the score close.
We won a close one 10-9. We finished the season 6-6.
Sarah's teacher came to the final game. I was not able to participate much with Sarah's softball season, which was not fun for me or Sarah. I may coach 12u next year. We will see. Good job girls.

Sarah's team won this game 16 - 9.
Grandma Sharon was in town this week and was able to watch all the grandkids play. This was the first game she watched. Game #12 - Thursday, June 21st, 6pm - Against Derby team 1
