A few weeks ago, I had the honor of taking two beautiful girls to a dance, a Daddy-Daughter dance. The dance was at the local high school.
WOWSERS!
Stacee took both girls shopping for new dresses and worked really hard to fix both of the girls hair for the dance. She did a fantastic job!
Sassy girls.
I have some beautiful girls and a head that holds less and less hair. (Good thing I am tall so that most people don't see the top of my head.)
As a special addition to the evening, I bought the girls each a wrist corsage.
Phoebe's was yellow because yellow is her favorite color.
Sarah's was pink and went great with her dress.
We posed for a few pictures before we headed to the dance.
Coach Ro, Bella, and a few of their family members were there too so we hung out with them.
Do you remember Soul Train? Well, we line danced to a few songs similar to how it was done on Soul Train. Boys on one side, girls on the other. Each person would get an opportunity to dance down the line.
The girls were reserved with their dancing, but I wasn't. I busted a move. Next time, I hope they let loose. Regardless, we had a great time and plan to do it again next year.
