Phoebe Games 7 & 8

Game #7 - Tuesday, June 5th, 6pm - Against Douglass

Phoebe played Pitcher, 2nd, and 1st base tonight.  It was a hot day at the ball park.

Phoebe had a nice hit to right field.  She also hit one to the first baseman for an out.  The girls were hitting the ball well but we got 4 outs on hits to the first baseman.

If you want to throw a consistent ball, you need to place the ball in the same spot for each pitch.

It wasn't our best game, but we still won 4-1.

Popee and John were the super fans this evening.

Game #8 - Thursday, June 7th, 6pm - Against Rose Hill

The pitching machine at Rose Hill was not the best of machines.  It was on the right settings but through fast and was not accurate.  It took a few innings to get it throwing consist.

It was 0-0 after 2 innings.

Phoebe played left center, first base, left field, and shortstop.  She got an out at first after a good throw from Haylee at third base.

We have not played that well the past couple games.  Hopefully we get back in a groove for the next games and the tournament.
