Silas Games 6 & 7

Game #6 - Monday, June 4th

I was able to make it to both Silas's games this week.  Silas smashed the ball tonight.

Silas is overly animated in his movements and facial expressions.

Look at those new gloves he got from Abigail (a friend on Phoebe's team).  He thinks they are great.

When he is running around the bases he runs all out.

Below, in the black shirt, is Silas's coach from Upward Basketball.

After the game, the other coaches commented how well our team plays, listens, and behaves.

Game #7 - Wednesday, June 6th

Silas was excited to play tonight.  He pays close attention when his team is in the field.  He is learning the game and loves to be the one fielding the ball and getting outs.

His swing continues to improve.

He goes after every ball with 100% effort.

Nice swing Silas!

The picture above was of him sliding for no reason.  He did this twice in this game.  I had to get on him a little about showing off. 

The team played well tonight.
